The case of the writ petitioner is that while the writ petitioner was posted as Jail Warden in District Jail, Aligarh on 24.11.2025, he was placed under suspension by Senior Superintendent, district Jail, Aligarh, fifth respondent. 3. Questioning the suspension order, the present writ petitioner has been preferred. 4. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has sought to argue that the suspension order cannot be sustained for the simple reason that the allegation that on 24.11.2025 during the duty hour being 12:00 hours to 16:00 hours when the writ petitioner was to be physically present in main wall post no. 4 the writ petitioner left place of duty and went to a place where one of the prisoner Manish son of Sri Indra Pal was there and started hitting him.
