At the very outset, Sri Kailash Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned orders dated 22/7/2025 passed by the Respondent No. 2 as well as issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondent Authorities, to sanction leave and to pay the salary to the petitioner for the period for 3 days from 28/5/2025 to 30/5/2025 with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
