The case of the writ petitioner is that one Ramashray Dubey, who was working as Beldar under Prantiya Khand Lok Nirman Vibhag, Gazipur and he was expired on 27.05.2025. The petitioner claims to be a beneficiary pursuant to a registered will deed executed by the deceased in his favour. However, the claim of the petitioner for post-retirement benefits has been turned down on the ground that the name of the petitioner is not in the nomination column. 3.
