At the very outset, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to quash the impugned letter dated 30.10.2024 sent by Superintendent of Police, Banda to the Treasury Officer, Jhansi, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
