The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is working as Senior Assistant in Government Hospital, Jaunpur, the writ petitioner submits that there happens to be a communication dated 02.04.2025 issued from the office of Chief Medical Officer, Jaunpur from sanctioning of medical leave but the same has not been sanctioned. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Director General Health Services U.P. at Lucknow. 5.
