Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Vijay Gautam, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Ms. Arya Gautam, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel has made a statement at Bar that he is well equipped with the instructions and he does not propose to file affidavit and the writ petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. 3. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as an Urdu Translator / Junior Clerk in the Police Department in the month on 12.05.1995 and he was superannuated on 31.05.2025, however, by virtue of an order dated 26.04.2025, and the consequential order 18.09.2025, the recovery amount of Rs.5,21,852/- has been made. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the
