Heard Sri Avnish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents no. 1 to 6. 2. In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the respondent No. 7. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a Medical Officer at P.L. Sharma District Hospital, Meerut. The writ petitioner claims to be a qualified Ortho Surgeon (Level 2). He was transferred in the year 2018 from Meerut to Sikandarabad Joint Hospital, District Bulandshahar on 19.9.2023. According to the writ petitioner, one of the consultant, being Dr. Poonam (Level-2), who happens to be bore animosity against the writ petitioner. Pursuant whereto a complaint was lodged which stood investigated by the District Magistrate and nothing was found against the writ petitioner. It is also the case of the writ petitioner
