Heard Sri Vijay Gautam, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Ms. Arya Gautam, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner had applied for selection on the post of Assistant Operator in pursuance of the recruitment drive by the name and nomenclature of U.P. Police Radio Cadre, Assistant Operator A.O. Recruitment 2022. According to the writ petitioner, he has been selected, however, owing to two criminal case, in one case, the writ petitioner claims to have been acquitted and in second case, apparently in respect to matrimonial dispute, the concerned District Magistrate, had recommended the case of the writ petitioner while issuing a character certificate while the writ petitioner was not sent for training. 3.
