Umrao, learned Standing Counsel has made a statement at Bar that he is well equipped with the instructions and he does not propose to file affidavit and the writ petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. 3. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a Constable on 11.11.1983, promoted as a Head Constable in the year 2006 and superannuated on 31.05.2022. Earlier, the writ petitioner was confronted with the recovery, so the writ petitioner preferred Writ-A No.6008 of 2023, Arjun Kumar vs. State of U.P. which came to be decided on 09.05.2023 (page-42
