The case of the writ petitioner is that while the writ petitioner was posted as Village Development Officer in Gram Panchayat, Rasoolpur Bhandara, Vikas Khand Airayan, District Fatehpur, he was placed under suspension by the District Development Officer, Fatehpur on 05.12.2025. 3. Questioning the suspension order, the present writ petition has been preferred. 4. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has submitted that the impugned order cannot be sustained for a single moment for the simple reason that the entire allegations leveled in the suspension order have no basis at all.
