The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner superannuated on 31.03.2024 as an Accountant, however, according to the writ petitioner, post his retirement now recovery has been sought to be made by virtue of the order dated 21.11.2025, Annexure-1 at page-12 of the paper-book. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has sought to argue that post- retirement, the said recovery could not have been made and further the same is time-barred. 4.
