Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 27.11.2025 of the petitioner in accordance with law; (ii) Issue any other and further suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; (iii) Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2.
