The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is presently posted as Medical Officer in Ayush Department at Rajkiya Ayurvedic Chikitsalaya District Bulandshahr since 06.11.2020. The writ petitioner had preferred a representation request for transfer into Bulandshahr since the said request was not acceded to the writ petitioner preferred Writ-A No. 13270 of 2025 which came to be disposed of on 08.09.2025 requiring the respondents to decide the representation.
