The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is presently posted as Administrative Officer in Collectorate Office, Ballia. A residential quarter was allotted to Respondent no. 6 who was an Assistant Teacher in the year 2008. However, during his service period, the said quarter came to be allotted to a third person, so the Respondent No. 6 preferred Writ Petition No. 13449 of 2021 in which interim protection was accorded. However, Respondent No. 6 is claimed to have retired on 31.3.2025. However, the writ petitioner has been allotted the said quarter, but Respondent No. 6 is not vacating the said quarter as in this regard, he seeks to rely upon page 26 of the paper book, being a communication of the City
