The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as daily wage basis since 16.10.1991 as Mali/ Chowkidar and he was accorded minimum pay- scale vide order dated 20.12.2011, regularised on 09.09.2021 and he retired on 03.04.2025 but the writ petitioner has not been paid pension. He seeks to rely upon the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment in Prem Singh v. State of U.P. and others; 2019 (10) SCC 516. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
