Heard Sri Lallan Prasad Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anook Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as daily wage basis since 1991 as Mali/ Chowkidar and he was accorded minimum pay-scale vide order dated 09.01.2006 and he retired on 31.08.2023 but the writ petitioner has not been paid pension. He seeks to rely upon the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment in Prem Singh v. State of U.P. and others; 2019 (10) SCC 516. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, Divisional Forest Officer, Division Pilibhit, District Pilibhit. 5.
