The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as daily wages basis since 1991 as Mali/ Chaukidar and he was accorded minimum pay- scale vide order dated 23.03.2010 and he retired on 08.05.2022 but the writ petiitioner has not been paid pension. He seeks to rely upon the Hon'ble Apex Court judgment in Prem Singh v. State of U.P. and others; 2019 (10) SCC 516. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, Divisional Forest Officer, Division Pilibhit, District Pilibhit. 5.
