The case of the writ petitioner is that she was appointed on the post of Anganwadi Sahayika on 09.11.2011 and she was given charge of Anganwadi Karyakartri on 21.01.2013 and she is continuously working. However, now an advertisement has been issued on 22.11.2025 advertising the post which the writ petitioner is manning as an additional charge. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has sought to argue that the writ petitioner is entitled to be considered for promotion. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that there are separate quota for direct recruitment and promotion and the claim of the writ petitioner under promotion quota will be considered at the first instance by the respondent no.4. 5.
