Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Shri, Devi Prasad Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Shri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel has made a statement at the Bar that he is well equipped with the instructions and he is in a position to argue the matter. He does not propose to file any affidavit. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at this stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Village Development Officer. However, owing to certain allegations with respect to construction of boundary wall and the gate of the composite college, renovation of anganwadi kendra, and construction of toilet tiling work etc, pursuant to which an inquiry was conducted, wherein inquiry report came to be submitted by the District Panchayat Raj Officer on 16.06.
