Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. At the very outset, Shri Ajay Kumar Giri, learned counsel for the petitioner as per his instructions from his client submits that against the order dated 23.09.2025 passed by the Superintendent of Police, District Fatehpur imposing a punishment of censure entry the petitioner would prefer an appeal and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2. Shri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. 3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to prefer an appeal and in case the said appeal is preferred, this Court has no reasons to be disbelieve that the same may be considered expeditiously.
