Heard Shri Shashi Kant Dwivedi (A/S0911/2012), learned Advocate holding brief of Shri Rajendra Prasad Giri, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Mechanic on 16.10.1987. Thereafter, the petitioner was suspended and later reinstated, before superannuated on 31.03.2020. However, the writ petitioner has not been paid the arrears of salary for the period of suspension, benefits related to the fixation of salary and other consequential service benefits. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.4. 4.
