The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a police constable on 01.05.1991 and he seeks promotional pay scale post completion of 10, 16 and 24 years of service. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.2. 4.
