Heard Sri Bijendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner is workng as Class-IV employee in Forest Department in the year 1993 but he has not been paid the minimum pay-scale in the light of the judgment in Sabha Shanker Dube v. Divisional Forest Officer and others; 2018 LawSuit (SC) 1134. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, District Gorakhpur. 5.
