Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Shri Gopal Khare, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Purnendu Kumar Singh (A/P0596/2012), learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was enrolled in the Indian Air Force on 28.03.2012. However, due to medical ailments, he was discharged. He has not been given disability benefits, such as pension and other consequential benefits. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by the respondent No.6. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar and looking into the overall facts and situation, the writ petition stands disposed off directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with the self- attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of this order before the respondent No.6, who shall on the receipt of the same
