The case of the writ petitioner is that he is posted as Village Development Officer of Gram Panchayat Asharha of Kaushambi Block and he has been transferred to Manjhanpur Block on 21.11.2025. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner has certain problems which are beyond the comprehension and control. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, District Panchayat Raj Officer Kaushambi District Kaushambi. 5.
