Heard Sri Manta Ram Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that that he was engaged on the post of MTS (Multipurpose Testing Staff) however without following the provisions contained under Section 6N of the U.P. Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, the services of the writ petitioner has been dispensed with on 10.09.2025 by the fourth respondent who is the service provider. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition but the writ petition would not lie directly before this Court as the writ petitioner first to approach the Labour Court while getting the reference. 4.
