Heard Sri Jitendra Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though he has been selected as Medical Officer (MOCH) Ayurvedic but he has been accorded posting by virtue of the order dated 19.11.2025 of the Chief Medical Officer, Varanasi in Community Health Centre, Gajokhar, Varanasi. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner due to his ailment is not able to do the night duty itself. He submits that the writ petitioner may represent his cause before the respondent no. 2 who may be directed to consider his claim. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 4.
