Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel has made a statement that he does not propose to file any affidavit and the writ petition may be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. 3. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that while he was posted as Sub- Inspector in Kanpur in the year 2023, he availed a total 87 days of leave including 20 days of Earned Leave, 14 days of Medical Leave and 53 of Casual Leave. According to the writ petitioner, a show cause notice came to be issued to the writ petitioner based upon the fact finding inquiry on 01.10.2025 as to why the 23 days' leave be not treated as No Work No Pay, to which the writ petitioner tendered his re
