Preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that the present petition may not be maintainable, particularly when the writ petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, as the order dated 28.07.2025 had been passed pursuant to an order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad on 24.09.2021 in O.A. No.330/00245/2017. Reliance has been placed upon the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in L Chandrakumar vs. Union of India, AIR 1997 SC1125. 3.
