Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel has made a statement that he does not propose to file any affidavit and the writ petition may be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. 3. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he happens to be a Driver in the concerned Police Station, however there happened to be an accident, pursuant whereto the victim expired. A claim petition came to be preferred by the widow and the legal heirs of the deceased being M.A.C.P. No.315 of 2016, Sharda Negi and others vs. State of U.P., in which the writ petitioner was impleaded as Defendant no.3 and the said claim petition came to be allowed on 08.07.2025 by the Presiding Officer, M.A.C.P. Jau
