At the very outset, Sri Vimal Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner raised by the petitioner through comprehensive representation dated 27.10.2025 (annexure No.1 to the writ petition) for abolish the illegally imposed punishments against the petitioner during his service period as was working at the post of junior clerk in the office of District Programme Officer, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted.
