The case of the writ petitioner is that thought the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Assistant Accountant on 12.06.2020 and promoted on the post of Accountant on 01.01.2024 and by virtue of the order dated 17.10.2025, he was transferred from the office of District Panchayatraj Adhikari, Azamgarh to the DDO, Gram Vikas Adhikari, Azamgarh as according to the writ petitioner, the said post is not vacant as already somebody is manning the said post, according to him, previously also the writ petitioner was transferred, the same problem stood arisen. 3.
