The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 22.07.2025 and to release the promotion in favour of the juniors/ colleagues from 23.10.2024 from the post of Sub-Inspector to Inspector. 3. Today, learned counsel for the respondents has produced before this Court instructions dated 13.12.2025, according to which, the writ petitioner had been accorded promotion on 07.11.2025 and his pay-fixation has been done also on 12.12.2025. 4. In view of the above observations, the writ petition is being dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the writ petitioner to again approach the Court, in case, any grievance arises. 5.
