The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Medical Officer on 30.04.1994. He was thereafter transferred to community Health Centre Nebua Nauragia, District Kushinagar. However, the writ petitioner could not join the post, when the writ petitioner appeared for joining, now he has been denied for joining. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, Director General Medical Health Service U.P.
