The case of the writ petitioners is that they are entitled to Third Assured Career Progression (IIIrd ACP) in Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- post completion of 26 years as per the recommendation dated 22.07.2025. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
