Heard Ms. Neetu Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner had applied recruitment on the post of Assistant Operator pursuant to an exercise undertaken in the year 2022. According to the writ petitioner, she has been selected, however, owing to the pendency of a criminal case being Sessions Trial No. 251 of 2021, under Sections 342, 354, 504, 506 IPC read with Section 7/8 of POSCO Act, the writ petitioner has not been considered for appointment and joining. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
