Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Namit Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.S Umrao, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The present petition has been preferred for questioning the inquiry report dated 24.11.2025 of the Block Development Officer, Kotwali, Bijnor, by which a recommendation has been made for effectuating recovery for the alleged loses. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that whatever might be the writ petitioner has no cause of action to question the inquiry report and in case any recovery is being sought to be made then the same should be after issuing of show cause notice. 4. To such a submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection and he gracefully accepts the same. 5. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the writ petition is being disposed off, leaving it open to the respondent
