Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State - respondents. The sole prayer made by the petitioner in the instant writ petition is for expeditious disposal of his representation dated 19.11.2025 pending before the respondent no. 3. To the said prayer, learned standing counsel has no objection.
