Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State - respondents. After arguing the matter for quite sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer prayer no. (b) to the extent that a direction be issued to respondent no. 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner as contained in representation dated 19.09.2025. To the said prayer, learned standing counsel has no objection. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the petitioner's aforesaid application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petition
