Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State - respondents. After arguing the matter for quite sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioners may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of their grievances and the authority concerned may be directed to decide the same within a stipulated period of time. To the said prayer, learned standing counsel has no objection. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the respondent concerned ventilating their grievances within 15 days from today, along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith all relevant materials,
