Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after retirement, the retiral benefits of the petitioner comes to Rs. 31,51,711/-, but the same was withheld on the ground of recovery pressed against the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 29,40,324/-, against which the petitioner preferred writ petition, in which the recovery order was stayed and the writ petition is still pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the balance amount of Rs. 2,11,387/- has illegally been withheld by the respondents without there being any order or stay.
