Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State - respondents. After arguing the matter for quite sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer prayer no. (ii) to the extent that a direction be issued to respondent no. 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner as contained in representation. To the said prayer, learned standing counsel has no objection.
