Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his sole prayer for a mandamus commanding the respondent to take decision of the petitioner's representation for payment of the amount of gratuity, leave encashment, group insurance and other retiral benefits relating to real brother of the petitioner namely late Gyanendra Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the nominee of his deceased brother but his post retiral dues have not been paid. He submits that he has made a representation in this respect but nothing has been done.
