Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents. Present writ petition has been seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for refixation of pay scale according to the Government Order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar employees have been granted revised pay scale. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation individually before the respondent no.2 within a period of fifteen days from today. If such representation is filed the same shall be considered by the respondent no.2 expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
