On the strength of the instructions, he submits that the petitioner was posted as ASIM and thereafter, he was promoted to the post of SIM during the pendency of the writ petition and now, relieving order has been passed on 11.12.2025. Therefore, no cause of action survives. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact. In view of the above, no cause of action survives. The writ petition is disposed of.
