In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to Respondent no.3. 3. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner happens to be Anganbari Worker since 2007, however, Respondent no.8 had lodged a complaint against the writ petitioner, pursuant whereto an inquiry was set up and the report was tendered on 11.09.2025. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that already earlier also on a complaint so made, inquiry was conducted and nothing adverse was found, thus the inquiry report be set aside. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that already notice has been issued to which the writ petitioner had tendered his reply. 5.
