The petitioner before this Court is seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 29.7.2025, 10.9.2025 and 13.10.2025 within stipulated period of time. It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the matter is pending consideration, the petitioner is suffering irreparable loss. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid representations in accordance with law expeditiously after giving opportunity to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
