The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though he was appointed as a Lekhpal and superannuated on 28.02.2009 but the re-fixation of the pay w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and revision of pension along with arrears have not been done. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by Respondent no.2. However, he submits that the question of limitation be also directed to be decided by the concerned authority. 4.
