Present writ petition has been seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the petitioners' applications within the stipulated period of time. . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are five petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation individually before the respondent no.2 within a period of ten days from today. If such representation is filed the same shall be considered by the respondent no.2 expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
