Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel. The petitioner before this Court is seeking a direction for quashing the impugned orders dated 7.5.2018 and 9.1.2019. Learned standing counsel raises a preliminary objection about the mai ntainability of the present writ petition by submitting that the petitioner has efficacious alternative remedy of revision. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy. If the petitioner approaches the appropriate authority within a period of 15 days from today along with the delay condonation application the same shall be considered sympathetically.
